I.     What is the Center for Collaborative Practice?


A.   A Collaborative Practice Group composed of the most experienced and dedicated professionals committed to the Collaborative process, with a proven track record of successful resolutions of even the most complex and difficult family law matters.

B.   A multi-disciplinary approach to the practice of matrimonial law.

C.   A central location for clients to use for the process of resolving collaborative and mediated divorce cases, utilizing and maximizing the team approach (a one-stop shop).

D.   A warm inclusive atmosphere each of us can use for the practice and development of our individual professions of origin as it relates to the needs of divorcing and divorced individuals.

E.   An opportunity for individual and group professional practice development, learning, teaching and sharing.

F.    A place for community learning and sharing information, to hold seminars and workshops providing valuable information on both the collaborative process and the assistance which can be offered by our various professions of origin.
